What's in the Print And Play Edition download?
The PnP version of EFTAIOS consists of two PDF files: Game_and_Instructions_EFTAIOS, including the printing instructions and the full game, and Cards_Backs_EFTAIOS, which is only used to print the back of the cards included in the first file. You’ll need 15 sheets of paper to print this game.

What are the steps for printing?
1 - Make sure you printed all the materials contained in the first PDF: Game Manual, Cards, and Maps.

2 - Print the back of the cards. Take the seven sheets you printed the cards on, put them back in the printer, then open Cards_Backs_EFTAIOS and print its contents.

3 - Make sure your printer is going to print the back of the cards in the right order! To do so, put the sheets with card fronts into the printer tray so that the first page to be printed is #1 and the last is #7.

4 - DOUBLE-CHECK WHICH SIDE YOUR PRINTER PRINTS ON WHEN YOU LOAD THE PAPER!

5 - Cut the cards using a paper cutter or scissors. The more precise you are, the easier they’ll be to shuffle and handle.

6 - Make sure you have the right number of maps printed. When printing this document you’ll get 5 copies of the base map for the game, called “Galilei”. If you wish to play with more than 5 players (recommended up to 8) print more copies of the map. If you wish to play on a different map, or even make your own, please visit the "Downloads" section of this website

7 - Play some eerie sci-fi music to get in the mood.

Can I print this version at a professional print store?
If you are having trouble printing this, or would like to print your cards on thicker paper, feel free to bring these files to your favorite print store and print one copy of the game.

Keep in mind that printing EFTAIOS at a professional print store might end up as or more expensive than purchasing a physical copy from us, please consider pre-ordering the Ultimate Edition!
